Definitions
In these terms, the following words have the meaning set out below.
- “REPQ” means the organization that makes available the submission method described here
- “posting” means a job posting submitted to REPQ for possible display on the site
- “you” means the person or organization submitting a posting
Scope
These terms apply when a person or organization submits a job posting to REPQ through a method REPQ makes available.
They do not guarantee that a submission method will always be available or that a posting will be displayed.
Accuracy and authority
The person submitting a posting confirms they are authorized to do so for the relevant organization and that the information provided is accurate, current, and sufficiently clear.
They must update or withdraw a posting when material information is no longer accurate.
REPQ review
REPQ may review a posting before publication, ask for clarification, refuse a posting, or remove a published posting where it considers this necessary.
REPQ may also adjust a posting’s presentation to improve clarity without changing its essential meaning.
Content and rights
Submitted content must not have the following characteristics, and the person submitting the posting confirms they have the rights and permissions needed for any text, logo, image, or other material provided to REPQ.
- Misleading or inaccurate
- Unlawful or discriminatory
- Abusive or harmful
- Inconsistent with another person’s or organization’s rights
Personal information
Submit only the personal information needed to publish or follow up on the posting. Information submitted to REPQ is handled under the privacy policy.
An organization receiving applications remains responsible for its own recruitment and personal-information practices.
Limitation of liability
REPQ facilitates the distribution of job postings submitted by third parties, but does not guarantee their accuracy, lawfulness, or outcome for an applicant.
To the extent permitted by applicable rules, REPQ is not liable for damages arising from the content of a posting submitted by a third party or from the relationship between an applicant and the relevant organization.
Publication and removal
Publication of a posting is not an endorsement, exhaustive verification, or guarantee by REPQ about the organization or position.
REPQ may end a posting’s display, including when its display period ends, it is filled, or these terms are not met.
