Definitions

In these terms, the following words have the meaning set out below.

• “REPQ” means the organization offering the relevant training or event
• “activity” means the training session or event for which a registration request is submitted
• “you” means the person submitting a registration request

Scope

These terms apply when REPQ training or an event allows you to submit a registration request through the site.

Information specific to an activity, including dates, format, status, and capacity, supplements these terms.

Request and confirmation

Submitting a request does not automatically confirm a place. A confirmation, waitlist notice, or other update is communicated according to the activity’s status.

You must provide accurate contact information so REPQ can send communications about your request.

Capacity and changes

The number of places, registration status, and deadlines may vary by activity. REPQ may manage requests according to available capacity and the information displayed.

• A request may be accepted, waitlisted, or declined depending on available capacity
• An activity may be changed, postponed, cancelled, or marked complete when circumstances require it
• You are notified when the status of your request changes

Information and needs

REPQ uses submitted information to administer your request, communicate with you, and organize the activity. Optional information about your needs is used only when relevant to that organization.

Respectful participation

Participants must provide accurate information and act respectfully during REPQ activities.

REPQ may intervene when conduct compromises safety, the orderly running of an activity, or respect for people present.

Communications

REPQ may send confirmations, status changes, and activity reminders to the address provided in the request.

Registering for an activity does not mean you have consented to the newsletter unless you separately choose to subscribe.

Liability

Activities offered through this registration form are provided free of charge; no payment or refund provisions apply to requests submitted here.

To the extent permitted by applicable rules, REPQ is not liable for damages arising from participation in an activity, subject to the reasonable safety measures it puts in place.
