Definitions
In these terms, the following words have the meaning set out below.
- “REPQ” means the organization that provides the technical means described here
- “posting” means the job posting from which an application is submitted
- “you” means the person submitting an application
Scope
These terms apply when a job posting allows you to submit an application directly through REPQ’s website.
If a posting instead links to an external website or address, that organization’s terms and practices apply to your application.
Forwarding your application
REPQ provides a technical way to receive your application and forward it to the organization named in the job posting.
The organization that receives the application decides what happens next in the recruitment process and is responsible for its own privacy practices.
Information you provide
You must provide accurate information and submit only documents needed for your application. Do not submit information you do not wish to share with the recruiting organization.
Your résumé and message may contain personal information; you choose to provide them for consideration of your application.
What happens to your application
By submitting your application, you consent to REPQ handling the information needed through the following steps.
- Technical processing of the application by REPQ
- Immediate forwarding by email to the organization named in the job posting
- No retention of your application by REPQ once it has been forwarded
- No use to create a public profile or to offer you a job without your request
Retention and security
REPQ does not retain your application: it is forwarded directly to the recruiting organization and REPQ keeps no copy of it. REPQ is not responsible for managing applications or for any follow-up on them; that is entirely up to the recruiting organization, which applies its own privacy practices after receiving it.

No employment guarantee
Submitting an application does not guarantee an interview, a response, or a job offer. REPQ does not make hiring decisions for the recruiting organization and is not liable for that decision.
REPQ may make a posting’s application form unavailable when the posting is no longer active or no longer accepts applications through the site.
